how do i fix my tricity bendix electric cooker, SE553W?

i need to replace the switch and thermestate for the oven. i purchased the part but there is only three terminals and four wires.the problem wire is a short orange wire that is connected to a longer orange wire. no one seems to no where to connect this wire?
