how do i fix my Veritas 8c alarm???

An electrical engineer has just fitted a new electric meter to my home, now my alarm wont switch off, the code is useless. what can i do to sort this???

Looks like your backup battery is dead, you need a replacement for this.

Then you need to enter the default code 4321. However, your system will not be setup to work correctly so you will need to get an Engineer in to setup your system for you.
