Glow-worm complheat fuelsaver pilot light won't light?

Helleo,
just got back from holiday and we have no heating or hot water - looks as if the pilot light has gone out and it will not self ignite - thermpstat is on high and the pump is whirring - any ideas on how to fix this?

what does this mean? the timeswitches are active as is the thermostat?
