new divertor & pcb?

how do i get the water to go hotter on my vaillant turbomax,just had new pcb and divertor fitted rads ok ,water very warm,guys ok who fitted it (only mim fitting price=£20) think hot water might go off when boiler not on ?

Check plate domestic heat exchanger if one half is hot the other half cool then there is no heat transfer, it has a sediment lining in it stopping heat transfer
