radio code for Jeep?

I need the unlock code for my radio in my 2004 Cherokee Jeep. The serial number is
TC1AA2763K2417 it doesn't say anywhere what make the radio is.
I did contact and pay for a code off a firm called "instant radio code" what I received was advice to contact the manufacturer and a download of illegal programs that contained a virus
