upvc windows not sealing properly?

i noticed a draught in 2 rooms with the same type of pvc windows when shut there is a gap between the rubber seal and upvc casing almost looks like the actual pvc casing the window shuts into maybe bowing out halfway down in the middle hence not sealing properly and ideas how to sort this .

IF THE GAP IS ON THE HINGED SIDE THE FIXING SCREWS HAVE BOWED THE FRAME LOOSEN OF THE FRAME FIXINGS CUT LOOSE THE SILICONE AND PUT PACKERS DOWN SIDE TIGHTEN SCREWS WHEN PACKED PROPERLEY THIS WILL TAKE OUT THE BOW
