Some ballvalves have a small filling nozzle which directs the incomming flow, this may have come adrift as it is just push fit. fish it out of the toilet cisten and refit it to the top of the ball valve. Otherwise it may be a change in water pressure this can be reduced by your incomming water valve being closed by a small amount until the noise reduces.
