All of a sudden my player has stopped sending sound. Everything on the digital face suggests that everything is fine. I have checked all the connections ect. The CD player has started to creek a bit as well- not too much though.

the amp keeps switching off the speaker out put i can hear the relays clicking but te headfone socket still works

Yes, it has bass and treble settings. Press the "tone" button on the remotecontrol and then the up or down button. The remote control unit carries the number: RC-RP0702E. I hope you can do something with this.
