open zipper?

when i fasten zipper up it does not close as i pull up the fastener , and only closes where the fastener is leaving beneath the fastener open

You can still get good wear from old trousers where the zip fly is broken.

I have a few of pairs of favourite old trousers which I just wear around the house.

There's no one else to see that the zip fly is open.
