hi i have a sony ericsson s500i and it wont turn on, i had it in my pocket and i dont know if ive knocked it or what but i pulled my phone out of my pocket to see what time it was and my phone was off. i tried to switch it back on and nothing so i tried to charge it nothing happened help please.

hi, the site you need is, www.sonyericsson.com/support.
look for software down loads and follow the instructions, you will need the cable that connects your phone to the usb, port on a computer. the only problem is you will lose the pictures on your phone but it should work ok.
