WE have sr20 american style temp up and down.Empty it out turn off power remove panels inside rear of freezer 6 or 7 screws. chances are that the cooling coils will be totally clogged up with ice and not letting air flow around the fridge . Defrost totally and reassemble . this should cure your problem as with my own.
