buy a Haynes manual and a special spanner that fits in the end of the crankshaft thats fits inside the cam belt wheel ,then with this tool you hold the wheel and you get get a socket on the bolt thats holding the wheel if you try to block the wheel with something it will break !! Use the spanner tool or take it to VW workshop .
