How can I fix my storage heater, dimplex, xt8400 series B?

it recieves power, the power travels all through the wiring at every stage and yet it doesn't heat up ...any ideas?

Have you checked that the Control box, XT8400 is working; also check the Room sensor [Thyristor[ is Ok?
