I am getting "user does not have access permission" when I try to load a file which I have written and saved.
Can anybody help/

I'm assuming you are using Microsoft Word (you haven't said which product you use to do your word processing.) Look for this problem on the microsoft website. There are several patches for office products which fix problems on a similar line to this one.
