Wall light not working but others on same switch are?

Bulb (halogen) went on wall picture light and blew fuse. Reset fuse, changed bulb but still won't work. Other picture light and ceiling light on same switch are fine. New bulb is OK. Thanks for any suggestions.

Thanks for response.

Bulbs are 12V M47 (20W G4). Its a picture light that takes two bulbs.
