fuel flap only locks when central locking is applied there is a small grey lug part of a switch that works off central locking. open flap press key fob to lock car if grey lug doesnt spring out try light oil wd40 it worked on mine however flap was sprained so tweak it until all lines up . salvage yards are easyest way to get this part as main dealer too expensive
