The front glass pane sandwiched onto the front of the over portion of the cooker has just shattered and I am unable to remove the stainless steel frame holding the glass pane in place. Any suggestions most welcome - also where I can get a replacement pane & also the steel frame as this has become a little bent. Thanks.
