Hi I have two problems the first is the main oven fan is making an awful squealing noise. Can I lubricate it? or dose it need replacing?

Second question Oven timer & clock light keeps disapearing, somtimes by pressing on the perspex display panel, we can get it back on fr a short while.

How do I get to the unit to make good the concection?
