Dimplex CXLN storage heater not working on Economy 7?

I have a dimplex CXLN heater and it working on the constant electricity supply, however has stopped working on the Economy 7 supply. The Economy 7 supply is working fine, its just the heater no longer works on this supply

TURN OFF THE SUPPLY, TAKE OFF THE FRONT COVER, BY THE INPUT DIAL YOU SHOULD SEE A SMALL WHITE PIN STICKING UP (ABOUT THE SIZE OF A MATCHSTICK) MOUNTED ON A METAL STRIP. PRESS IT DOWN AND YOU MAY HEAR IT CLICK, THIS SHOULD RESET YOUR HEATER
