I too searched unsuccessfully for my manual. If you need to know how to program 'lower' phone numbers, I figured it out. Press program; dial the number; press 'lower' then press the chosen station. To call that number, press 'lower' then the station. If this is NOT why you need a manual, then this was no use at all!
