Hi I have just adjusted the handbrake on my primera I did it from the handbrake inside the car I used a 10 mm spanner this worked for a while but I found out the brake was seized. But I have another problem the handbrake do’s not work at all. I think the cable my of snapped or frayed. Only think is there are 2 cables LH and RH and wait for it the cables are £25 each don’t know if is worth trying to get some from a scrap car.
