WE ARE HAVING PROBLEMS SIMMERING FOOD EVEN ON THE SMALLEST JET. CAN I GET A SMALLER JET THAN NO. 50 ?

Turn the knob clockwise past the full on. I know it sounds silly but you have to increase the gas and past the full point to decrease the flame!!!
