The blower and screen heater sound like fuses - check your manual. The power steering may also be electrical my Corsa's is! Even if you have a conventional hydraulic pump for the PS it is still turned on and off by an electrical switch. It sounds like you've managed a three for the price of one system failure. Check out all your major fuses / connections and also earth connections.
