Fix Fault Chevrolet Cavalier

I cannot locate where the relays are on my '99 Cavalier. Sometimes the directional signals work, other times they don't. Can anyone help?

The clutch on my 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier 2 Door Sedan engages very near the floor. It was corrected before by adding some kind of oil. Where do i add this oil and what kind of oil is it?
