First find out if the vynil is the type that stretches when laid. Mine did had to re-cut.
If it is stretch type don't do final cut for around 4days when it's stretched then cut.
Make a template out of wall lining paper sellotape two lengths together if necessary. lay this on the floor and mark out where each of the bases of WC and basin pedestal are on the sheet cutting down and laying it as you would the vynil then any mistakes can be rectified.The hard bits are around the WC and pedestal. allow when transfering the template on to the vynil around 25mm rise all around
