has anyone heard a roomer, vm knocking on doors and asking to see cable box, i have a eurovox down staires vm box up staires,were do i stand do i have to let them in or can i refuse them entry,sensible replies only please thanks.

i think that its like you said , a ROOMER" i dont think that they have the time/ manpower/ or money/ to enter homes in the uk , when they can not even pay the staff that they have..

There are very few people who have a statuary Right of Entry to you home without a Warrant or Court Order and Virgina Media isn't one of them.

However should you refuse to let them inspect their equipment, I am willing to bet that in the Ts & Cs they have the right to disconnect you.
