I was just wondering how I fix my drivers side automatic window. Over time it has been slipping sideways to where now it is tilted sideways and when I roll it up all the way, it gets stuck and goes outward. It also has about a 1/2 " opening on the side closest to the opening of the door. Is there anyway that I can set the window back on the motor so it rolls up and down instead of sideways? I have a 1989 Honda Accord. I don't want to take it to a shop because I can't afford it. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem at home?

under the passenger seat, there is a control box that controls the windows. You can go to a salvage yard to find this part. Make sure that whether it's a tow or four dore, because they are made different.
