How do replace the volume dial (post) on my Fender bass amp?

3 of my dials have cracked off when loading up my amplifier.

I need to replace these but am not sure how to go about it. It's a BXR 300C combo amp, and I removed the board in order to get a good look, but it seems that the dial is soldered on.

Has anyone replaced this before?

Sounds like the normal practice for an amp this age, if it is soldered on then why not try and de-solder the switch and replace it the same way? If you are not confident with this practice a decent repairer wouldn't charge a lot to do it for you.
