Sharon, you can refill a snow globe. Use sterile distelled water. Make sure the globe if full as possible. To get rid of the remaining bubbles, obtain a syringe and needle from your local pharmacy, fill the syringe with the sterile water and inject the water into the globe through the soft rubber bladder on the bottom. Then before removing the syringe fill the syringe with air from the bubble/s inside the globe. Repeat until the bubbles have been replaced with the sterile water. Hope this helps.
