Ravenheat boiler, it does work as there is hot water but I can't get ?

heating to come on? I've tried the switches and fuses etc all seem to be fine. There is no 'click' from the room stat though, could this be the cause? any ideas please help!

the fault is the room stat or your clock remove cover from stat to see if there is power if not the fault is on your clock
