Fitting heater element to double oven?

Diplomat built in double oven ADP4520, lower over heater element gone. Can I get a replacement and how easy is it for a complete novice to fit

I have just had a replacement for this model from The Element Man ( yes Honest!!) Excellent next day delivery. As to fitting it , I got an answer for fitting a Belling element on this site--must be vaguely the same. Hope this helps.
