Digivox Firmware?

2 boxes with different firmware V 03.2 800 BK has updated ok the other has V 02.2 500 BK , trying for the last couple of hours to update worked after a foctory reset for a moment, then rescanned just come back with cable , the newer firmwareis ok , any suggestions
