worcester greenstar 25si boiler radiators not heating up ?

select the on posistion for heating, boiler fires up then seems to cut off after about 10 seconds, getting hot water ok.

i have a worcester 25si boiler and it was working fine until some builders took off 2 rads and then put them back on there are now only 2 that fully heat up and the rest just heat up a tiny bit or not at all and all rads have been bled
