does your roof have a felt underlay?if not then take the metal off and add an underlay of non perforated felt

insulate the roof , or paint both sides of the roof with bitumin :)

i have metal corrugated sheets on my garage roof which i have covered completeley on the inside by sticking with clear silicone sealant (as this allows for movement) 50mm thick pollystyrene insulation sheets problem is cured no condensation and the garage is much warmer

I have corrugared cement fibre roofing sheets on my garage extension and these do end up with condensation on them. The original garage section has the same sheets but has been coated with some kind of rubber/fibre spray, not sure what it is but there is never any condesation on them.

In short you can't. It's a problem with any cold surface/warm air junction. Allowing a lot of ventilation may help a bit but that means having a gale blowing through underneath and you may not want that. Or avoid putting 'warm' things in there such as cars just in from a run or tumble dryers. Let a car cool down for half an hour or so before you put it away, especially if it is wet from rain as well.
