Hotpoint BCI45 Lights Flashing/Error Code?

Hotpoint BCI45 Dishwasher, Cycle stops and the 'Normal' and 'Rapid' (number 2 and 3 out of the 5) lights flash repeatedly, can anyone tell me the meaning of this error code, and a solution please?
