how can I fix my the pressure level on my boiler?

I have a vaillant combi boiler turbomax i think. the pressure has dropped to almost zero and there is no warmth coming from the radiators upstairs, the water and downstairs raditors work well so far! I have tried to fill the boiler with water to increase the pressure but nothing happened? What next?

Hi Tina,

there should be a pressure valve underneath the boiler where you can allow more air in to raise the pressure.

Pressure should be between 1.0 and 2.5. I always aim for about 2.0. make sure you close the valve again after allowing air in. If there are several valves, best refer to the manual.
