How can I fix my AEG Favorit dishwasher?

The dishwasher seems to be washing everything with cold water, not hot, and it doesn't seem to be drying either. When the cycle is finished everything is soaking wet. The dishwasher is an AEG Favorit and it is an integral appliance.

element faulty or common fault on main pcb in the fascia panel.relay on pcb burns tracking and can be repaired by resoldering.fascia and pcb need to be removed to gain access and also kitchen door will have to be removed because of it being built in.
