How to repair or reset TX 4.9?

I have the TX 4.9 tredmill, totally not running, the only digit I see on the display is the speed of 7..Any way I can reset that?

I have a treadmill tx 4.9 not working it started with the belt not moving the same as the speed. I opened it to see if there was something wrong with the band inside. It had slipped from the wheel I had someone put it back in place wont work now at all. Any suggestions?
