Hi Tommy Mc, You can set the customer code back, But the engineers code can not be set back, The trouble is the whole programme returns back to factory settings, so you would need to re-programme the full system, you would need a engineers install book, without the engineers code you can not re-programme the system, the engineers code is to keep customer out of the systems, Sorry its bad news.
