TBDW 41 -All Door Seals inc Lower Door Seal?

How do I replace the door seals on my dishwasher, its a TBDW41. The seal has perished.

The most important one for now is the lower door seal.

they just pull out.to fit the new ones use soapy solution on rubbers and push them back in.10min job
