my metal detector don't stop buzzing even if it isn't over a metal object and i cant fix it i cant find the maker on the internet it is a prinzsonic TFR-400 thats all i know.

Hi man, my TFR 800 buzzes constantly if I make a mistake with the batteries, or check to see if you have a frayed wire, some of my wires were touching the fine adjustment wheel. as a last resort, on my circuit board there is a gain adjuster, just remember where you start.
