there will be a fuse somewhere that has blown.where does it attach the the house mains?.find this point and hopefully you will find a fused spur outlet with a blown 3a fuse or a plug with a 3a fuse in blown.not directly sure of this model but sometimes the plug outlet is behind a chimney cover and will need removing to gain access
