My TomTom GO720 has developed a habit of switching itself on when at home in its carrying pouch. Suddenly a voice will say "You have reached your destination" and on opening the pouch it will have switched itself on and is ready for a journey on its own. It has so far switched on twice when I have heard it and once when I was away and it ran the battery flat.
