Following removal of the front panel of the radio as the volume on/off control ws not working, established that the volume control(miniature) needs replacing. Is it possible to either repair or can the front panel be purchased seperately, rather than having to replace the whole unit?

It is very simple to replace the on/off control as I have done this many times.
