The school owns a Canon XR 60 camcorder. The camera is powered up. I slide the OPEN/EJECT lever to open the compartment and put in a tape. The gears move with the correct sound and trhe camera dings appropriately. The compartment slides out of the camera about 1/2", no further and the lid on the compartment does not open up.
Is there something I can do to fix the problem?
