How do you get crisper light bulb out to replace?

I need to replace the light bulb above the crisper in my Maytag refrigerator-freezer Model No. MSD2356AE.
I cannot seem to unscrew the bulb and was wondering if the entire holder is supposed to come out.

Well, I finally got the light bulb out to replace it. It was in there so tight but I finally managed to get it out. It does screw out.
