It has a hold button on the back. Hold is OFF. BUT the MP3 player will not recognize that hold is off, so therefore I am unable to do anything because of course the hold is on. I opened the back cover to ensure the switch was indeed moving with the outside button, it was but still wont go off of hold. Any ideas?
