LEXMARK X 547O Will Not Swich On !?

Lexmark X 547O has power to the AC Adaptor Box at rear, Monitor light is lit and has current to the terminals.
The main power switch on the front panel does nothing. Can not figure out how to remove this to check for feed to the swich. Any Ideas anyone ?
