Worcester Heatslave 20/25 Lockout Light on?

Hi my lockout light came on on my boiler, I had run out of fuel totally! I have filled my oil tank to the top (2300 litres), I have pressed the reset button several times but it is still not working. Is there anything else I can try before calling out a plumber.

Hi Carol,

Same thing happened to me. Just had to keep pressing it a few times then it will stay on. I think it must have a small airlock. You might need to check fuel float if you have one.

undo the oil feed to your burner,vent the air out off oil line.
