Cafamosa cf220 wont heat up?

I have a cafamosa cf220 and although the water heating light comes on as usual it doesn't go out again and so you cannot go through the rest of the coffee making process.

Can someone help me to rectify this please ?.

Hi

A bit late I know, but I would guess the thermal fuse on the heater has blown preventing the unit from heating up.
